Fees

Whites Road Medical Centre is not a bulk billing practice. For a full list of our consult fees, please click here. 

Fees are required to be paid in full at the time of your consultation, and any Medicare rebate will be credited to your bank account within 24 to 48 hours. You will be bulk billed if you present a current Health Care or Pension Card. All doctors also bulk-billed children under 16. Should you have difficulty paying our fees or want any more information on cost, please discuss it with us. Please be aware there could be fees payable to Allied Health, Pathology and Specialists that the doctors refer you to.

IMPORTANT BILLING UPDATE – Effective 1st November 2025 

We are pleased to inform our patients that standard consultations will be BULK BILLED from 1st November 2025 onward. This means eligible patients (those with a valid Medicare card) will not incur any out-of-pocket costs for standard GP visits.  

PLEASE NOTE: Procedures and those visits not on the Government’s Eligible Services list will continue to attract a gap payment due to the additional time, equipment, and resources required. If you are unsure whether your appointment will include a gap, please speak with our Reception team members. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
